PSWEP June Mixer

Trio Restaurant in Palm Springs was the host of the PSWEP June mixer.  Delectable appetizers from Trio were enjoyed during the evening along with yummy sweet samples from Brandini Toffee.  Thank you to our host, members and guests that came out to enjoy the fun. 

As the temperature heats up in the desert we wish all of you a cool, fun, and safe summer.  The PSWEP will not be hosting a July mixer, but look forward to reconnecting with you in August.  We have a new member communication program starting soon so keep an eye out for more information in your in-box as well as check out our blog, Facebook, and Twitter (@PalmSpringsWed) pages for updates through the summer.

PSWEP May Mixer at The Fix

 

The Fix, part of The Pastry Swan Bakery, is a great dessert house and bar on El Paseo, and was the host of the PSWEP’s May mixer event.  The Fix provided delicious starters and of course tantalizing sweets throughout the evening.

Inaugural Education Dinner at the Miramonte Resort & Spa

The Palm Springs Wedding & Event Professionals are kicking off their  Education Dinner Series next Wednesday evening, April 27th, at the beautiful Miramonte Resort & Spa, in Indian Wells. 

The educational series was developed to provide PSWEP members continuing education opportunities on relevant industry topics. The inaugural dinner presentation, entitled “Who Moved My Bride?: how the economy has changed the wedding industry and how to change with it”, will be presented by Wendy Dahl of Chic Productions.

PSWEP April Mixer

This month’s PSWEP mixer was held at the Holiday Inn Palm Springs. Our host provided a beautiful space for members and guests to mix and mingel, delicious food, and attentive service.  

A special thank you to our members and many guests that attended the event.  We hope you enjoyed the evening and will return next month.  Thank you also to the Holiday Inn and David Rohr Floral Studio for the colorful and creative floral centerpieces.
